Validation Scope Includes:

• Design Qualification (DQ): Verifies that the system design meets customer specifications and intended use
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): Function testing performed at Integra's facility prior to delivery
• Installation Qualification (IQ): Verifies that all equipment, piping, and cabling are installed correctly and according to plan
• Operational Qualification (OQ): Confirms that the system operates correctly, including control logic, alarms, and interlocks
• Performance Qualification (PQ): Verifies actual system performance under real production conditions
• Site Acceptance Test (SAT): Final system test on-site with customer representatives present
