What is a Pasteurizer?
The pasteurizer continuously heats the product to a controlled temperature and holds it for a defined period to reduce unwanted microorganisms. The product is then cooled to the required temperature before continuing to the next stage of production.
Depending on the system configuration and process requirements, the operating sequence may include
ïŧŋïŧŋ Water Flush
ïŧŋïŧŋ Sterilization
ïŧŋïŧŋ Aseptic Water Circulation
ïŧŋïŧŋ Production
ïŧŋïŧŋ Product Recirculation
ïŧŋïŧŋ Aseptic Intermediate Cleaning (AIC)
ïŧŋïŧŋ Cleaning (CIP)
Precise temperature control
Consistent heat treatment
Helps maintain product quality
Supports longer shelf life
