Test run & Commissioning

Integra conducts test run and commissioning with a systematic and traceable approach to ensure that the entire system operates as designed, integrates correctly, and is ready for full-scale production. Our procedures are structured to minimize startup risks and verify every critical function of the plant.

Commissioning Procedure Includes:

  • Plant Cleaning - All pipelines, tanks, and equipment are cleaned and inspected to remove fabrication residues and ensure hygienic conditions before startup.
  • Dry Run Test - Equipment integration is tested without fluid. This includes verification of motor rotation, valve response, sensor feedback, control logic, and safety interlocks.
  • Water Test - The full process is simulated using water to verify flow direction, pressure, level control, and automation sequences. This stage ensures the functionality of piping, valves, and system logic under operating conditions.
  • Product Test Run - The plant is operated with the actual product to verify real-time performance, system stability, and product safety before formal handover.
  • Taking-Over Test - The final acceptance test is conducted jointly by the client and Integra confirming that the system performs according to contract specifications and operational criteria.
