We begin with project planning and detailed design reviews, covering P&IDs, electrical schematics, and Functional Design Specifications (FDS). Once the technical scope is aligned with your production requirements, we provide a clear and detailed proposal for approval.

Procurement & Project Scheduling

Procurement and project scheduling are managed in parallel to keep the project on track. We source quality sanitary materials, electrical components, and automation equipment, supported by strict incoming quality control.

Workshop Assembly & Pre-FAT

Key system components are pre-assembled and tested at our workshop under controlled conditions. This includes equipment assembly, electrical wiring, component integration, and preliminary functional testing before delivery to site.

On-Site Installation & Integration

Site preparation and field installation are coordinated alongside workshop assembly to reduce installation time and minimize production downtime. Our team carries out mechanical, electrical, and control system integration in accordance with site safety requirements.

FAT, SAT & Commissioning

Each system undergoes Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before shipment, followed by on-site testing and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). We then commission the complete system, verifying process sequences, controls, safety interlocks, and CIP operation to ensure reliable performance.

Handover, Training & Documentation

We complete the project with operational handover, operator and maintenance training, and comprehensive documentation, including As-Built drawings, I/O lists, certificates, and O&M manuals.
