Functional Design Specification (FDS)
A document that defines the control logic and functional behavior of the system based on process requirements. It covers startup and shutdown sequences, pressure, temperature and level control loops, alarm management, and automated CIP sequences, serving as the foundation for PLC programming.
I/O List (Input/Output List)
A comprehensive list of all input and output signals connected to the control system. It includes I/O channel numbers, signal types (digital/analog), PLC addresses, device tags, and functional descriptions to support PLC programming, system integration, and commissioning.
Hardware Configuration
A document defining the control system architecture, including PLCs, I/O modules, communication interfaces, network components, and field devices. It provides the technical specifications required for system installation, wiring, commissioning, and future expansion.
Logic Programming
Structured PLC programs developed in accordance with the Functional Design Specification (FDS). Integra's control architecture supports automatic and manual operation, safety interlocks, alarm handling, and fail-safe functions to ensure reliable and consistent system operation.
HMI / SCADA
Intuitive user interfaces designed for real-time process monitoring and control. HMI/SCADA screens provide clear visualization of process parameters, equipment status, active alarms, control functions, and system navigation, with appropriate access control for different user levels.
Database / Report
A system for collecting and storing historical production and process data, including temperatures, pressures, CIP cycles, and alarm records. This enables batch traceability, historical data analysis, and efficient preparation of quality and production reports.
Operation Manual
A comprehensive guide covering system startup and shutdown procedures, HMI navigation, alarm response, data retrieval, and routine operation and maintenance. It helps operators operate the system safely, consistently, and effectively.
